I’m a former dating advice columnist and trauma-informed content creator living in Manhattan. Thanks to my extreme ADHD, my wheelhouse is pattern recognition. I apply this skill to pretty much anything related to human behavior, including dating, internet drama, and true crime.

I’m also a full-time caregiver to senior dogs and dogs with special needs. This is my girl, Luna.
