I’ve hit a rut in my dating life and would love to hear your opinions on this subject. The problem that I’ve been facing over the last couple of years of dating is feeling like I’m meeting a lot of men who say all The right things, I believe that we’re on the same page and that these men are interested in me, and then when I begin to slowly reciprocate some of their energy and interest all of a sudden they pull back.
It’s becoming such a problem that I’m beginning to develop some trust issues. I don’t understand why I keep meeting so many men that are expressing all of this interest in me and then the second I start to reciprocate some of that back and start to bring down my walls a little bit, it’s as if they’re no longer interested.
How can I trust men when it feels like so many pull back the second I begin to show the interest they’ve been expressing to me? Why even build me up when they have no intention of seriously dating me to begin with? I’m so frustrated and could use your help. Thank you!
