He Doesn't Deserve Her Cookie(s)

Was seeing a guy casually for a couple months. Made plans to hangout Xmas evening. He mentioned that he wanted to get me a gift, something sexy to wear and asked my size. Was also bugging to make him cookies for weeks, since I bake sometimes. I said I would bake them for Xmas night. I Also ordered some sexy underwear for myself (in case his gift doesn’t fit or whatever).

So we meet up, I give him the cookies and we have a nice evening. I’m about to leave and he makes a joke about ‘how he got me sex.’ it rubbed me the wrong way. The next day I ask how the cookies were and he says ‘they were ok’ I guess it just hurt my feelings because I spent time on them and he didn’t seem that excited. He’s usually sweet and respectful but this bothered me so I decide to mention this via text a few days later. He says ‘sorry YOU feel that way’ and blows me off.

Am I the jerk? I’m really upset because I like him and he seems to think I’m being unreasonable. I really just want to feel appreciated.
